Residential Construction Field Technician Rareform is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Field Technician to support our residential construction projects throughout the Valley. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying active, solving problems, and contributing to high-quality custom homes and renovations. Responsibilities Material pickups, deliveries, and job site logistics Job site cleaning, organization, and maintenance Install and maintain temporary protection materials Assist with basic wood framing and finish carpentry Minor drywall patching and finishing Interior and exterior painting touch up Finish hardware installation and adjustments Digging, grading, and general site labor Basic irrigation repairs and troubleshooting Punch list completion and quality control items Assist project managers with daily field tasks Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site environment Direct general laborers when needed Qualifications Construction experience required Basic knowledge of residential construction practices and tools Ability to work independently and follow direction Strong attention to detail and organization Positive attitude and strong work ethic is mandatory Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying conditions Ability to operate basic power tools safely and efficiently Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug test What We’re Looking For We value individuals who take pride in their work, stay proactive, and care about craftsmanship.
