Reach Truck Operator – Charlotte, NC | $19.00/hr

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring an experienced Reach Truck Operator in Charlotte, NC!

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Location: 6720A Northpark Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28216
Schedule: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Reach Truck Operator to support warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months to 1 year or more of recent Reach Truck experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Reach Truck safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
• Move, stage, and store pallets and materials in designated locations
• Pick and replenish products according to work orders
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and locations for accuracy
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general material-handling duties

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Reach Truck experience required
• Candidates with 1+ years of recent Reach Truck experience are strongly preferred
• Must be comfortable operating equipment in warehouse aisles and elevated rack locations
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow work orders and product locations
• RF scanner experience is a plus
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Must follow all required safety procedures
