Inventory/Production Planner 4 (Master Data Specialist)

Our client, global commercial real estate services leader, is seeking an Inventory/Production Planner 4 (Master Data Specialist) to join their team. As a Master Data Specialist, you will be part of the Supply Chain Management supporting the Operations Department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Oro Valley, AZ (Onsite)

Pay Range: $37-$40/hr.

What's the Job?

• Develop and maintain accurate inventory plans to support production schedules and operational needs.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials and spare parts.
• Analyze inventory data and generate reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce excess stock.
• Monitor and adjust inventory strategies based on demand forecasts and production requirements.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma required; Some college coursework or a degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in data entry, transcription, or quality control within a CMMS environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Working knowledge of CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Archibus, RAM); SAP Plant Maintenance (P1U) master data experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work accurately under time pressure
