Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance services in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Communicate effectively with the care team regarding patient status and treatment outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility to practice in Oregon
• Ability to work in both inpatient and primarily outpatient therapy environments
• Ability to meet compliance and credentialing requirements prior to start date
• Availability for an 8-week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy settings
• Experience with inpatient rehabilitation or acute care
