Job Description Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. Responsibilities Support the assessment and treatment of communication and speech disorders in students. Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist. Collaborate with educational professionals, parents, and teachers to facilitate students' progress. Provide direct support to students in both individual and group settings. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and interventions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant or related field. Virginia state licensure or eligibility for licensure. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to establish positive relationships with students and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
