About the Opportunity

A growing womens fashion brand is seeking a highly creative strategic Director of Marketing to elevate the brand and drive its next stage of growth.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who can take an established business and transform its marketing into a polished cohesive nationally recognized brand .

The focus is not simply managing social mediait is setting the overall creative and marketing direction across social digital paid media website campaigns content partnerships and overall brand presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall brand and marketing strategy ensuring a cohesive look and message across all channels
• Develop fresh creative marketing concepts and campaigns that expand the brands reach and drive online sales
• Lead the direction of Instagram and social media while guiding the existing in-house social media manager
• Oversee and provide strategic direction to the companys paid media agency
• Develop a clear strategy around which products to promote how to position them and where to invest marketing dollars
• Oversee engaging content photo shoots models styling and overall visual presentation
• Identify and develop influencer brand collaboration and partnership opportunities
• Strengthen the brands presence beyond its existing customer base and expand its reach into the broader market
• Help develop additional channels including TikTok and other emerging platforms
• Direct improvements to the website and overall e-commerce customer experience
• Ensure the website social media advertising print and campaigns all reflect one strong professional brand identity
• Use analytics and performance data to evaluate marketing effectiveness and drive stronger results

The company already has an in-house social media manager and outside creative and paid-media resources. This person will provide the strategy ideas creative direction and leadership behind that work rather than needing to personally execute every piece.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong marketing leadership experience within fashion footwear apparel or a closely related consumer/lifestyle brand
• Proven experience helping an established brand scale to its next level rather than only launching an early-stage business
• Strong creative eye with a sophisticated understanding of branding fashion content and visual presentation
• Experience driving e-commerce and online sales through marketing
• Strong understanding of paid media social media digital marketing influencer strategy and content
• Experience developing successful brand collaborations and partnerships
• Comfortable using data and analytics to understand performance and guide strategy
• Extremely creative proactive and idea-driven someone who brings the ideas rather than waiting to be told what to do
• Comfortable working in a growing entrepreneurial environment and wearing multiple hats
• Able to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution
• Experience directing photo shoots campaigns models styling or fashion content strongly preferred
• TikTok experience is a plus but not required
