Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure prior to start date)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings is preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students identified or at risk
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with interprofessional teams
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to children with diverse communication challenges
• Consult with teachers, families, and staff to support student progress and generalization of skills
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with local and federal regulations
• Contribute to IEP meetings and support ongoing student success through data-driven recommendations
