Position Overview

The Back of House Utilities Team Member is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness throughout the restaurant. This role ensures that all kitchen and facility areas meet Chick-fil-A Saraland's high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and organize inventory deliveries ("putting up truck") with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness of all back-of-house areas, including taking out trash and recycling
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure proper sanitation standards
• Deep clean and maintain kitchen equipment on a regular schedule
• Power wash sidewalks and exterior areas to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Support general store maintenance and upkeep
• Assist the kitchen team with additional cleaning and organizational tasks as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (able to lift at least 50 pounds)
• Willingness to work early mornings and afternoons
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
