This role is responsible for developing top tier clinical teams, ensuring exceptional patient care and driving operational excellence across their district. The role will be What You'll Do Lead district operations to support clinic performance and high-quality patient care Partner with the Regional Vice President to execute strategic priorities Oversee compliance, quality processes, and key reporting to ensure clinical and operational excellence Recruit, coach, and develop clinicians and emerging clinical leaders Provide direct patient care as a core part of the role to support training, model best practices, and reduce care barriers Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment. Previous experience in facility or health care management or business school related training. Licensure appropriate to governing body of state licensing board. Current American Heart Association BLS certification required. Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000/year (based on experience and market factors) Quarterly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding district metrics Sign-On Bonus: Available in select locations!
