• Engage showroom, phone, and internet sales leads

Respond to inbound leads quickly via CRM, phone, text, and email * Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives * Build value in new and pre-owned Subaru inventory * Maintain strong follow-up process to generate repeat and referral business * Utilize CRM software to track prospects, activities, and pipeline * Work closely with Finance & Insurance (F&I) managers to finalize transactions * Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics * Maintain expert knowledge of Subaru products, trim levels, warranties, and technology * Deliver a transparent, customer-focused buying experience from start to finish Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment * Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience preferred * Valid driver’s license with clean driving record * Availability to work flexible retail hours, including some evenings and weekends Why McGrath Evanston Subaru?
