Position Highlights:
- Compensation: up to almost $250,000 annually
- Bonus: $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates
- Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift
- Work Setting: Inpatient hospital pharmacy leadership
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and staff supervision
- Implement process improvements and medication safety protocols
- Mentor pharmacy staff and support professional development
Requirements:
- PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
- Active Oregon Pharmacist License
- 4+ years of experience OR PGY1 + 2 years of experience
