✅Responsibilities

• Provide  one-on-one nursing care in patient homes
• Administer medications & treatments per physician orders
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition
• Manage  G-tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators (as needed)
• Educate families on care & safety
• Document using  Kantime EMR
• Standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds or more on an occasional basis, with or without reasonable accommodation.

✅ Qualifications

• Active  Texas LVN or RN License
• Current  BLS (in-person)
• TB test (within 1 year) or Chest X-ray (within 5 years)
• Reliable transportation (travel within 20 miles)
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred but not required
• Experience preferred—but  NEW GRADUATES ARE WELCOME (Training is provided, Must have active license.)
