HVAC Project Manager (2–5 Years Experience)

Location: Flushing, NY

Altair Enterprises Corp. is a growing commercial HVAC contractor seeking an organized and motivated Project Manager with 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction.

Responsibilities

· Manage multiple commercial HVAC projects from award through closeout.

· Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and general contractors.

· Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, purchase orders, change orders, and equipment procurement.

· Monitor project schedules and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items.

· Attend project meetings and perform periodic job site visits.

· Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate progress to management.

· Assist with project closeout, commissioning, and punch list completion.

Qualifications

· 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management or project coordination.

· HVAC or mechanical construction experience is preferred.

HVAC field worker or service tech encouraged to apply 

· Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.

· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

· Valid driver's license.

Compensation

· $90,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience.

· Paid vacation and holidays.
