You will help individuals with mental illness and challenging behaviors, enhancing their quality of life and encouraging independence. Provide support and mentorship for daily activities, ensuring health and safety (e.g., meals, housekeeping, laundry, recreation). Offer hands‑on mentoring to foster independence. Encourage and guide individuals toward personal goals. Administer medication and monitor medical well‑being. No experience necessary; we provide paid training and hands‑on experience if you meet the basic eligibility requirements. Qualifications Excitement for working with adults with disabilities. Minimum age 18. High school diploma or GED. Strong communication skills: reading, writing, and documentation. Valid driver’s license (required for transporting persons served). Successful background clearance required. Comfortable with driving company vehicles; some locations may require personal vehicle and auto‑liability insurance.
