IT Help Desk Associate

Responsibilities Radiant is seeking a dedicated IT Help Desk Associate. You will be the first line of support to all end users in the organization for computer, software, hardware, and network issues. This role requires being both reactive and proactive, from troubleshooting and solving problems to implementing process improvements to enhance the employee experience. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to learn new technologies continuously. You will be instrumental in enabling our success to test the first new reactor design in over 50 years by 2026 Provide first‑line technical assistance and support to in‑person and remote end users, resolving issues with computers, software, hardware, networks, and peripherals Manage the support request software system (Jira) to ensure timely and effective issue resolution Maintain IT inventory, including workstations and accessories Collaborate with other members of IT to complete user‑facing projects Provide smooth and effective onboarding and offboarding for all employees and contractors Develop and maintain documentation and processes as the company scales Qualifications Basic knowledge of and experience with troubleshooting Windows devices (consumer or enterprise) 1+ years in a help desk, IT associate, or similar industry position Excellent and effective verbal and written communication Must have great attention to detail in both issue resolution and proactive follow‑up in process improvement Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and/or Intune Eager to continuously learn new technologies with an innate sense of curiosity Must work 100% onsite at El Segundo HQ 2+ years in a help desk, IT associate, or similar industry position Desire to go the extra mile and leave no stone unturned when troubleshooting and reaching solutions Experience with troubleshooting macOS and Linux Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as necessary to accomplish our mission Benefits Equity: Substantial incentive stock plan for all salaried employees Medical: 100% up to base silver level plan for employee + 50% dependents, offers up to Platinum plans Flexible PTO policy Dental: 100% coverage, orthodontia extra, 50% for dependent Vision: 100% coverage + 50% for dependents Voluntary Life, Accident, Hospital, Critical Illness, Commuter and FSA are offered as employee contributed benefits Beautiful El Segundo headquarters close to the Pacific Ocean Team‑bonding company outings, happy hours and in‑person camaraderie #J-18808-Ljbffr
