Drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients and solutions that help them achieve financial well‑being. Create a differentiated customer experience, making banking easy in an omni‑channel environment. Collaborate with a broad range of ecosystem partners. Account for risk management and compliance. Build a high‑performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch team members. Utilize a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty. Grow branch revenue through acquisition and share‑of‑wallet growth of consumer and business households, and through collaboration with ecosystem partners. Drive business banking results primarily through business development and community involvement activities. Coach to consultative selling to drive results and enable customer financial well‑being. Demonstrate foundational understanding of balance sheet and income statement. Manage and coach to deliver a differentiated client experience. Coach team to confidently engage customers in technology‑enabled interactions, providing solutions and advice‑oriented consultation that improves client financial well‑being. Lead effective problem resolution, making banking easy for customers. Connect across PNC to deliver a seamless customer experience in an omni‑channel environment. Drive the employee experience by acquiring and retaining talent through onboarding, coaching, and development. Qualifications 3+ years of related experience in branch banking or related field. Knowledge of balance sheet and income statement, risk management, and compliance. Strong client counseling, consulting, and consultative selling skills. People‑management experience propelling team performance. Ability to drive revenue and customer loyalty in an omni‑channel environment. Experience with sales process implementation and achieving sales targets. Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with decision‑making skills. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
