Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a motivated Account Associate to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible to sell and service our existing customers, help uncover needs and provide a customized solution. You will also contact prospective customers and develop insurance quotes. Competitive pay with growth opportunities. If you are looking for a career and not just a job, we encourage you to apply. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide quotes for customers in auto/home/renters/life and health. Assist customers with policy changes, update policies as needed and cross-sell. Follow up on quotes provided Must be goal-oriented and work in a fast-paced environment QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
