Position Overview Call Center / PBX Agent We are seeking a Call Center / PBX Agent to field all hotel calls, direct them appropriately, and communicate critical information to guests and staff as needed. The role involves assisting with arrival and departure services, such as airport transfers and luggage storage. Responsibilities Field all hotel calls. Direct calls appropriately. Communicate critical information to guests and staff. Assist with arrival and departure services (airport transfers, luggage storage). Qualifications Passionate about providing superior service. Minimum 1 year of similar work experience. Organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, and team player. Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
