Senior Tax Manager (Family Office) (Denver)

Our family office client is hiring a Senior Tax Manager who will handle tax planning and compliance, unique finance projects across a wide variety of entities and some accounting projects to keep your GAAP skills sharp. What you’ll do

• Lead tax compliance for 200+ individuals and entities (partnerships, corporations, trusts, etc.)
• Oversee tax planning, audits, and special projects
• Manage a staff of (number unspecified)
• Evaluate and analyze investment activity (brokerage, oil & gas, alternative)
• Jump into ad‑hoc reporting and non‑routine finance projects
• Review financial statements for accuracy and opportunities

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
• 8+ years of income tax experience (public or equivalent)
• Family office or PCS experience a plus
• Broad technical tax knowledge + solid accounting skills
