Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gain an understanding of client needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques suited to each client's requirements.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute episodes, maintaining a safe environment and addressing clients’ immediate emotional needs.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring privacy and trust in the therapeutic relationship.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to remain updated on best practices and innovative treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

Preferred Experience\n

Clarity Consciousness Integration Service offers a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 100,000 per year, based on your professional experience and full-time commitment.
