Registered Nurse - Special Care Nursery - Nights

Position Overview The Staff Nurse provides safe, compassionate nursing care for neonatal patients in a Level 2E Special Care Nursery. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring optimal outcomes and continuity of care. Key Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered nursing care across all populations within the nursery Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care and patient safety Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans Maintain compliance with licensure, certification, and hospital policies Qualifications & Skills Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of NICU Level 3 RN experience preferred Current Illinois RN licensure Current BLS certification through AHA Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required within six months of hire #J-18808-Ljbffr
