We are looking for a collaborative and solutions-oriented Proposal Coordinator to work in our Meridian or Twin Falls, Idaho office. This position will coordinate the process of preparing professional documents and competitive proposals in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry. The main responsibility of this position is to play a key role in supporting the proposal process at J-U-B. The selected individual will: - Collaborate with diverse project teams, organize ideas, obtain feedback and comments from proposal/project team members. - Create highly professional documents/proposals that are well organized, clear, and persuasive while aligning with company standards and established brand framework - Assist with technical writing and copy-editing - Collaborate with Proposal Managers on content preparation, including gathering text and other proposal pieces, discussing color palette, section layout/storyboard, and graphics - Develop proposals and documents that meet the request for proposal or proposal requirements and submission deadlines. - Meet internal and external proposal deadlines and assist with finalizing proposals for digital or print delivery.
