Outside Sales Representative Tampa, FL
Role Summary
Seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate new business across Tampa Bay. The ideal candidate is a strong B2B sales hunter who enjoys field prospecting, meeting decision-makers, networking, conducting site visits, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business through field prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and direct outreach
- Meet with business owners, property managers, facilities/security leaders, and operations teams
- Conduct site walks and security assessments
- Sell security solutions including guard services, patrol, video surveillance, access control, remote monitoring, and alarm response
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new accounts
- Maintain pipeline and sales activity in CRM
- Work with operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Expand relationships and develop the Tampa Bay territory
- Outside/field-based B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven record of self-generated leads and new customer wins
- Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable spending most of the week in the field
- Security industry experience preferred; related service sales experience also considered
- CRM experience and valid driver's license required
