The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily billing activities, reviewing invoices for accuracy, resolving billing discrepancies, and communicating with customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, or general office administration. Responsibilities Prepare, process, and distribute customer invoices accurately and timely. Review billing information for accuracy and completeness. Enter and maintain billing data in company systems. Monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices. Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer questions. Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and account information. Work closely with accounting, sales, and operations teams to resolve billing issues. Maintain accurate customer and billing records. Process credits, adjustments, and billing corrections as needed. Assist with month-end billing and reporting activities. Reconcile billing information and identify discrepancies. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company financial information.
