Seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a 13-week assignment working 8-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM with 32 guaranteed hours per week. The OR RN will provide perioperative nursing care in a surgical environment supporting a variety of procedures including orthopedic, general surgery, GI, pain management, OB/GYN, and cataract cases. Candidates must be flexible, team-oriented, and willing to float between multiple locations within the health system as needed. Call coverage, holiday rotation, and occasional downtime support tasks are required. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience required
Active Wisconsin RN License or Compact RN License required
BLS Certification (AHA or ARC) required
ACLS Certification (AHA or ARC) required
Epic charting experience preferred
Experience with Ortho, General Surgery, GI, Pain, and OB/GYN procedures required
Cataract surgery experience preferred but not required
Must reside 50+ miles from facility
Must be willing to float to additional regional facilities as needed
Weekend, weekday, and holiday call rotation required
