Candidate Pay Rate: $70 - $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional performance
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and safety precautions
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinic standards
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in California
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Education
- Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of physical therapy interventions and modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in patient documentation and EMR systems
- Time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
