Janitor – Full-Time

Yorkview Nursing and Rehab is seeking a reliable Janitor to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in York, PA. This role involves performing a variety of light maintenance, cleaning, and organizing duties to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, every other weekend

Responsibilities:

• Perform general facility maintenance including repairing walls, baseboards, doors, ceilings, mirrors, and windows
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas
• Move furniture as needed to complete tasks
• Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing staff when working in resident areas
• Handle unscheduled or emergency maintenance tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial, cleaning, or maintenance work preferred
• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
• Covid-19 vaccination required unless an approved exemption is provided
