Ali's Cookies Emory is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to join our bakery production team.

This position is primarily responsible for preparing cookie dough and supporting daily bakery production. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, follows recipes accurately, and takes pride in keeping a clean and organized workspace.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare cookie dough according to recipes
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately
• Maintain consistency and quality standards
• Assist with decorating cookie cakes as needed
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Wash dishes and maintain sanitation standards
• Assist in the front of the store and help customers when needed
• Support other bakery operations as assigned

Qualifications:

• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Bakery, kitchen, or food service experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:
35+ hours per week, including weekends.
