Akkodis is seeking a City Launcher for our Contract position with a direct client. It is for Sunnyvale, CA position. Position City Launcher Location Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite) Duration 3+ Months Position Type Part-Time (9am to 2pm) Pay Range $30/hr - $31/hour without benefits (Pay rate varies based on experience) Job Description About the Role The City Launcher will play a key role in building and managing a high-quality field workforce while ensuring exceptional customer experience across the assigned market. This role combines recruiting, onboarding, training, field operations, and market support activities. Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and train onsite support specialists (OSS) Monitor field performance and provide coaching/feedback Coordinate onsite launch activities and customer support Support local market growth initiatives and restaurant partnerships Maintain operational quality, staffing readiness, and shift coverage Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in operations, recruiting, training, hospitality, or field management Strong communication and people management skills Highly organized and self-motivated Comfortable working in the field regularly Nice to Have Marketplace operations or gig workforce management experience Experience supporting launches or scaling operations in new markets Interested candidates can apply or reach out directly for more details.
