About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Core Medical Group to find a qualified Hospice RN in Lexington, Virginia, 24450!

Setting: hospice, in homes and facilities

Start Date: as soon as possible

Schedule Details: 1st position - M-F day shift 0830 - 1700;

Territory: Rockbridge County, VA

Productivity/weekly points expectation: we don't use productivity points

Case Load: 1st position - 12-14 patients

EMR: Kantime

On Call rotation?: may need to discuss due to contracting; current case managers help cover call (after hours) back-up rotation

Mileage rate: federal rate

Additional requirements: occasionally help w/ aide visits when short-handed or call outs
