Project Engineer – Controls Control Air Enterprises LLC (Employee-Owned – ESOP) Control Air Enterprises LLC, an employee-owned company (ESOP), is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven individual to join our Controls team as a Project Engineer. In this role, you will support Project Managers in the successful execution of ACCS projects, with a focus on building strong client relationships, ensuring project profitability, and advancing your own professional growth. Key Responsibilities Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor daily project requirements for assigned projects Assist with project submittals and documentation Follow up with vendors and subcontractors Generate and track purchase orders Maintain project logs and internal job management records Solicit and evaluate vendor quotes Maintain organized and accurate project files Assist with bi‑weekly Project Manager reporting and preparation Generate and track Requests for Information (RFIs) Attend monthly Job Team Development (JTD) meetings with Project Managers Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Long‑term disability coverage Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and supplemental insurance options Paid holidays and paid time off Alternate Work Schedule (AWS) options Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Compensation Pay Range: $37–$41 per hour Let’s be honest - life is too short to work at a job that you don’t love.
