Client Service Delivery Analyst (Contract) Responsibilities
- Support Board Portal software via email and telephone.
- Assist with mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) migration activities.
- Provide user training and respond to questions in a timely manner.
- Assist in gathering business and system requirements.
- Prepare operational and user documentation.
- Promote new product features, enhancements, and platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify and implement solutions.
- Support a variety of time-sensitive projects and software-related requests.
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and documentation.
- Assist with software configuration, account setup, and user onboarding.
- Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to support software applications.
- Work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interest in working with software applications and technology.
- Previous customer-facing or technical support experience preferred.
- Experience supporting software products or SaaS applications.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Eager to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.
- Experience with MFA, user training, technical documentation, or software support is a plus.
