At PMG, we don’t just analyze data—we use it to challenge assumptions, drive innovation, and shape the future of media and advertising.As a Sr. Director in Analytics, if you’re passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights, solving real-world marketing challenges with analytics, and helping brands make smarter, data-driven decisions, this is the place to make an impact.What You Will Be DoingLead the analytics team across multiple customer groups, industry verticals and regionsDefine the capability roadmap and organization structure for scaleTranslate client objectives and business questions into analytic frameworks and drives roadmap alignmentGuide senior client relationships and analytics transformation projects, showcasing PMG value and driving growthAlign department goals to company strategy and visionManage Director-level leaders and ensure succession planningLead performance planning, calibration, and promotionsIdentify and implements process, tooling, or training improvementsRepresent analytics in senior executive forums, both internally at PMG and externally on the broader marketShape thought leadership, IP, and external reputationUse AI, automation, and technology to elevate the quality and efficiency of work, streamline processes, and enable faster, more informed decision-making What You Will Bring12+ years of experience in analytics, including 5+ years of leadership experience, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Expertise in building and scaling analytics functions that align with business strategy, deliver measurable impact, and drive data-informed decision-making.Provide strategic client leadership by guiding test-and-learn and incrementality roadmaps, triangulating brand and business performance across brand measurement, last-click attribution, and other key signals to inform strategy and decision-making.Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience guiding data architecture and modeling decisions that support performance, scalability, and reliability.Deep experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to lead strategic reporting and executive-level storytelling.Proven success in leading cross-functional partnerships, aligning on KPI frameworks, and embedding analytics into product, marketing, and operational workflows.A strong record of mentoring analytics leaders, shaping team culture, and implementing governance and process improvements across complex organizations.A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a Continual Learner, staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritizing client success with a Customer-Focused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value.A dedication to People-Focused leadership, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth by leading by example and nurturing strong relationships that empower others to excel.What We Offer Performance-Based Rewards: Your impact should be part of your reward.
