Your responsibilities will include documenting patients' observed behaviors, vital signs, and significant occurrences while assisting nurses and activity directors in delivering essential therapeutic interventions. Flexibility in your work schedule is essential to ensure adequate coverage and foster a collaborative workplace. You will also coordinate lunch distribution, maintain kitchen cleanliness post-meal, and attend to patients’ needs during lunchtime, reinforcing your commitment to compassionate care.
