Veterinary Client Service Representative (Client Liaison)

Animal Care Center of Carters Creek is seeking an outgoing and highly organized Veterinary Client Service Representative (Client Liaison) to serve as a key connection between our clients, patients, and veterinary team.

In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, and help coordinate important aspects of patient care. Responsibilities include managing hospital inventory and ordering, online pharmacy approvals, coordinating specialty and referral appointments, and assisting with reception and front-desk responsibilities as needed. You will also support clients with questions and essential information regarding their pets' care and our hospital services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and thrive in a collaborative veterinary environment.

Schedule and compensation:

• Compensation: $17-20 per hour, for each hour worked
• This is a flexible, full-time position, with a 5/8 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday.

Minimum qualifications and skill set:

1+ years of experience in a veterinary client service, reception, or similar client-facing role within a veterinary or healthcare setting

• Proficiency in the following skills:
  • Experience managing inventory, ordering hospital supplies, and maintaining appropriate stock levels
  • Ability to manage and process online pharmacy approval requests accurately and efficiently
  • Experience coordinating specialty, referral, and outside veterinary appointments , including communicating necessary information between clients, specialists, and the veterinary team
  • Ability to assist with reception and front-desk responsibilities as needed , including multi-line phones and in-person client interactions
  • Experience working with veterinary practice management software, especially ezyVet , preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide compassionate, professional service to clients during both routine and emotionally sensitive situations
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferred
  • Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records
  • Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with the veterinary team
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented during busy periods

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
