You will review material availability, escalate shortages, and coordinate which units to build. The production Planner will also manage system work orders and dates.What you'll do:Promote and maintain a safe and organized workplaceReview Clear To Build data to help coordinate planned machine builds on the linesReleasing/rescheduling/completing related work ordersEnsure each work area has the appropriate materials available to start/execute the jobs.Assist in properly planning item attributes data in TMSEstablish material delivery planning and backflush locations TMSManage bypass reports and order parts from CLIAnalyzes material flow problems, determines causes, put corrective actions in place – proper station coding, 2 bin set up, mistake-proof the order/distribution processes, etc.Ability to identify and eliminate waste within inventory materials processesRequisitioning materials when applicableMaintain/Audit/Improve Standard WorkTrain and cross train other employees in materials processesWhat you'll bring:High School Diploma or equivalent1 to 3 years material inventory experienceExcellent communication skills (verbal, written, computer and math)Strong Microsoft excel skills and computer systems aptitudeUnderstand and support Company policies and procedures.Commitment to safety, quality, and the principles of Lean Manufacturing.Enthusiasm for working "hands on" in a manufacturing environmentDemonstrated analytical mindset and problem-solving skillsWhy Join Us:We are a global company, and our culture is defined by our Values — Integrity, Respect, Improvement, Servant Leadership, Courage, and Citizenship.
