Job Title: Physical Therapist - Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT)
Location: Riverview Health Outpatient Clinic - Noblesville, IN

The details:

The dynamic patient caseload at Riverview Health Outpatient Clinic - Noblesville consists primarily of general orthopedics with some high-level neurological patients. Lymphedema experience a plus.

The responsibilities:

• Deliver quality one on one outcomes driven Physical Therapy services
• Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
• Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department.
• Conduct patient and family education
• Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
• Other duties as assigned

• Degree from a CAPTE accredited school
• Current state licensure or eligibility in Physical Therapy in Indiana

Experience Requirements

• One (2+) years of outpatient experience with CLT
• Strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
• Patient focused to provide the best customer service experience

License/Certification Requirements

Minimum:

• Physical Therapist license eligible to practice in the state of Indiana
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
