OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Laurel, DE by HMD Trucking

Requirements
  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • 6 months of flatbed experience
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

  • Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
  • Orientation Pay: $150

Vacancy description

Join HMD Trucking’s driver-focused team in Laurel, DE for reliable national flatbed runs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport flatbed freight across all 48 states
  • Secure loads, tarp when necessary, and ensure cargo integrity
  • Communicate with dispatch for efficient routing and delivery

What You’ll Get:

  • Mileage pay starting at $0.70/mi with up to $0.10 CPM in performance bonuses
  • $5,000 sign-on incentive
  • Modern fleet with APU-equipped sleepers, inverters, rider seats, and full maintenance support

Enjoy regular home time, paid haul miles, health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k). Require Class A CDL and 12 months OTR flatbed experience.
