Complete intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes. Collaborate with other providers, schools, and community partners. Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our EMR system. what we're looking for Approximately 10-20 hours / week of clinical availability Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology. Active Mississippi license (e.g. LPC, LCSW, or license-eligible). 2+ years clinical experience preferred. Maintain individual professional liability insurance. Strong organizational and communication skills. Commitment to culturally competent, trauma-informed care. Competitive percentage-based pay model (earnings tied to completed sessions). Office space, EMR, billing, and admin support provided. Collaborative team culture — transparency, peer support, and regular clinical consultation built in.
