Best Barber Shop in Fairfax (FFXNow Readers’ Choice 2026)Earn $25–$30/hour (hourly wage + tips + product commission)
Guaranteed $15/hour base pay
Up to 40 hours/week available
Option to work at both Reston & Fairfax locations
10% Retail Product Commission + additional incentives
Paid Time Off (PTO)

Weekend availability required (Sundays priority)
Deliver quality haircuts in 14–17 minutes
Comfortable recommending products
Team-oriented and reliable
Prior Great Clips experience preferred

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:
- Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
- The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
- The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
