Information Security Project Manager

Our client has an immediate need for an Information Security Project Manager, who will be expected to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously and work with the ISG Program Manager closely for alignment across the entire ISG portfolio. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience) 6+ years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 3 years of specific experience managing information security projects Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network security, cloud security, and enterprise security concepts Familiarity with security tools and platforms (vulnerability management, endpoint security, firewalls, etc.) Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, JIRA, or similar tools Experience with security frameworks, risk management, and compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.) Experience managing projects in regulated industries PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile Certification is a plus Responsibilities: Lead multiple initiatives simultaneously and work closely with the ISG Program Manager for alignment across the entire ISG portfolio Take ownership of project charters and define delivery plans Plan for, schedule, and run regular project-related meetings and working sessions Manage dependencies and resolve conflicts of priorities Manage key stakeholders through regular, transparent communication Chair and provide resource prioritization and management sessions Document, escalate, and address any risks, issues, and blockers Provide accurate and timely reporting of project status and progress Own and manage the project financials, resources, and time Why Work for ConsultUSA: ConsultUSA offers competitive salaries, major medical (PPO or HDHP w/ HSA), dental, and vision insurance plans, and 401k plan with immediate eligibility for both salary and hourly employees ConsultUSA hosts several outings and events, holiday and summer parties, and volunteer opportunities throughout the year for employees We will work with you to obtain training for in-demand technologies and prepare you for industry-recognized certification exams ConsultUSA offers Business Analysis and Project Management training through our Project Management Institute (PMI) award-winning sister company, PMCentersUSA How to Apply: To submit your application, please click the “Apply Now” button located at the top and bottom of the page.
