Sealy Dental Center is a well-established, family-oriented dental practice that has been serving our community for over 30 years! We are seeking a Sterilization Tech (RDA) to join our team full-time, Monday-Friday!

????Who You Are:

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with active license in the state of TX
Outgoing, reliable and passionate about providing exceptional patient care
Eager to learn and grow within a team long-term

????Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:45am to 5:15pm

????Compensation: $14-$16/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

????Responsibilities:

Operate autoclaves, sterilizers, and other equipment
Sterilize dental instruments following OSHA regulations
Wrap, seal, and label instruments for proper storage

???? Requirements:

Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of TX
Previous Sterilization Tech/RDA experience preferred
Active CPR certification
Denticon experience is a plus
