Senior Brand Designer

Base Pay Range $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr We’re working with a fast‑growing, design‑led consumer DTC brand looking for a Senior Designer to help shape and elevate their brand across multiple touchpoints. This role is perfect for someone who loves designing everything incl packaging, merchandise, print, signage, and brand collateral, and knows how to apply a cohesive brand vision across mediums. You’ll work closely with senior creatives, take projects end to end, and help push creative work from good to great. A big part of the role involves designing for licensed IP, collaborating with globally recognised brands and working confidently within established style guides while maintaining a strong, consistent brand identity. This role is fully home‑based and initially on a 3‑month contract to hire basis. The role offers fast progression into a director level position within a business that has a strong “promote from within” culture. Qualifications 5+ years’ professional design experience Strong portfolio showing conceptual thinking and end‑to‑end execution Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite + Figma Good knowledge of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy Clear communicator, comfortable working with both creatives and non‑creatives Experience with licensed IP or highly regulated brand systems Character design experience is advantageous Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function / Industries Design Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
