QUALIFICATIONS Minimum one year of coaching experience as an Assistant or Head Coach preferred. Must have extensive knowledge of the rules and skills of basketball, be program‑centered, demonstrate specific coaching skills, exhibit good sportsmanship, and have knowledge of VHSL rules. Experience at the college, club, or professional level is desired. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT Work may involve exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. Moderate physical activity: handling average‑weight objects up to 25 pounds, standing or walking for several hours per day. Work environment may involve minimal exposure to physical risks, such as operating heavy equipment or working with chemicals.
