We're looking for a Post Processing Technician III to join our Processing Team and help lead daily post-harvest cannabis operations. Working closely with the Processing Supervisor, you'll support team performance, maintain quality standards, and help ensure production goals are met. Daily tasks may include:Leading and supporting daily processing activitiesTraining and mentoring new team membersCoordinating workflow and task assignmentsOverseeing trimming, bucking, sorting, inspections, and curing activitiesMonitoring product quality and reporting concernsAssisting with inventory tracking and documentationSupporting scheduling and production planning effortsMaintaining clean, organized, and compliant work areasAssisting with the development and improvement of standard operating proceduresReporting equipment issues or maintenance concernsLeadership, communication, and attention to detail are important parts of this role.What We're Looking ForPrevious cannabis or production experience is preferred but not required.
