Role Float Phlebotomist providing blood collection services across multiple sites in Minnesota, including patient specimen processing and data entry. Objectives Ensure accurate, efficient blood draws and specimen handling while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary collections for all ages Process specimens Maintain logs Manage billing Support administrative tasks Travel to various locations as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Preferred certification or 6+ months experience in phlebotomy Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to work flexible hours including overtime Biopharma specifics Role supports diagnostic testing and clinical specimen collection, enhancing healthcare delivery; involves high-volume, fast-paced environments; may contribute to patient data management in a healthcare or laboratory setting. Collaboration Work independently and as part of a team across multiple sites in MN and surrounding areas.
