Job Description About the Role We're looking for an outgoing, driven Recruiting Assistant to join our team full-time and help grow the pipeline of future Farmers Insurance agents and agency owners. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone who loves talking to people, isn't afraid of the phone, and wants a clear path to grow within a fast-moving recruiting operation.
