Job Overview We are hiring a Recovery Support Specialist for the Mobile Response team at Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center (JTMCHC) in Lawton, OK. This full‑time regular position supports individuals in crisis to regain control of their lives and recovery journey. Primary Responsibilities Assist individuals of all ages in crisis to regain control of their lives and recovery journey. Perform tasks that support individuals in their recovery processes. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions. Compensation Senior Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist: $38,000 ($18.26/hr) plus benefits. Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist: $34,500 ($16.58/hr) plus benefits. Recovery Support Specialist: $30,000 ($14.42/hr) plus benefits. Additional Compensation Evening/Nights: +$0.50/hr. Weekends: +$0.75/hr. Holidays: +$0.75/hr. On‑call: +$1.00/hr. Minimum Qualifications and Experience Senior Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist: Must currently hold PRSS certification, high school diploma or GED, demonstrate personal knowledge in advocacy in recovery, and have two years of PRSS experience. Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist: Must currently hold PRSS certification, high school diploma or GED, and demonstrate personal knowledge in advocacy in recovery. Recovery Support Specialist: High school diploma or GED, demonstrate personal knowledge or advocacy in recovery, and ability to become a PRSS.
