A base salary of $210,000, plus an annual bonus structure totaling roughly $13,000 (a $5,000 year-end bonus plus an additional pay period), puts total compensation in the $220,000+ range. You'll also receive a $1,500 CME/dues allowance to support your ongoing professional development.

The schedule is the real differentiator here: full-time, weekdays only, with no call, nights, or weekend responsibilities. Combined with 5 weeks of vacation (growing to 6 after three years) and 8 paid holidays, you're looking at 33 to 38 total days off per year.

You'll join a GI anesthesia team known for an efficient, low-stress workflow — autonomous in your practice, but supported by a stable procedural team rather than left to figure things out alone.

Your Day-to-Day

• Provide anesthesia for GI procedures in an outpatient setting
• Conduct pre-op assessments
• Deliver procedural sedation
• Monitor patients through post-op recovery
• Work alongside a consistent, efficient procedural team

What We're Looking For

• Current CRNA license, with eligibility for Florida credentialing
• Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia
• Outpatient or GI anesthesia experience preferred
