Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience with restorative programs, transfers, gait training, and therapeutic modalities preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with documentation software and electronic medical records preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:00 - 16:30.
• Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week.
• May be required to split time or float to other facility locations as needed.
